Here's mine. It's almost 2 total carats. Princess cut in center surrounded by 10 smaller princess cut diamonds (5 on each side) set in platinum. We are celebrating our sixth anniversary this November.

I'm not "supposed" to wear it yet because my boyfriend hasn't officially proposed but I can't help it because I love looking at the sparkle!

Hello Ladies,

This is my first post to this forum. I have loved looking at all of your beautiful rings.

I adore jewellery and there are some stunning rings here!

I visited Tiffany for the first time whilst on holiday in Florida last November. Being a jewellery lover it was kind of a pilgrimage for me! My boyfriend and I were feeling very out of place, wearing scruffy shorts and T-shirts, browsing around the store when an immaculately dressed salesman came and asked us if we were looking for an engagement ring! Marriage had not been discussed so I blushed purple with embarrassment, mumbled no and rushed out! My boyfriend followed quickly after.

Whilst recovering my composure outside, he said to me "why don't we go back and have a look at those engagement rings?" That was his first proposal!!!

We went back inside but I was too bemused/terrified/excited/bewildered to pay any real attention to the rings that we were shown. Coupled with the fact that we had no budget set and had to take into consideration the exchange rate (we're from the UK), we didn't buy anything.

(He got down on one knee that night and did it 'properly'... I immediately said yes).

We searched for about a month before we found the ideal ring for me. It's not a Tiffany but I love it completely.

I think I'll have to get an eternity (anniversary in US?) ring from Tiffany instead!

I don't know the details of the ring without digging out the certificate which my fiancé has stored away at home. It’s platinum and the total combined weight is about 0.75 carats.

My wedding band is also platinum and has five (I think) round cut diamonds around it. That is also hidden away at home by my fiance... grrr, I want it now! Hehe. Not long to go now, just over a month until we get married!

who is the designer of your setting? is it gregg ruth? it's beautiful!

here is my ring. my fiance just proposed to me at the top of the empire state building on 8-31-06. I love it! Its a 1.01 carat center stone, 1/2 ctw in the 18k setting. the only thing that sucks is that i have to design a wedding band to fit it because of its shape, but i have a nice design in mind.

I'm absolutely obsessed with engagement rings, even though it'll be quite a few years till I get my own one

I already know which kind I want, and been already emailing people, asking how much it would cost to make one... hehee

Ooooooh Ginger, that's bee-you-tiful! I've lost mine *poo* but after seeing Tweetie's tiffany solitare I've talked my husband into both replacing and upgrading my ring. I should have it by Saturday (he's on a business trip to Singapore) and I'll post pics.

All of the rings posted are just delish!

here are mine (from the ex). I no longer wear the single one. It was a gift for our 5th ann. the other was my engagement ring and two bands we had made to go with.
I wear it every now and again on my right hand.
