Hi, great thread, ladies, all your rings are beautiful. Bling, bling.
My e-ring is a 1Ct RBC in a Tiffany 6- prong setting in 18Ct gold and my wedding band is also 18Ct yellow gold with 5 RBC diamonds set into the band
If I had to choose again, I would probably go for a more "ornate" ring like Christina's with the filigree. It'll probably be a bummer to clean though!

This is my upgraded wedding set that I got for my 9th wedding anniversary last May...it will probably count as my 10th anniversary gift as well!

My fiancee took the pic, so I'm sorry about the weird angle! You can't see the top of the stone (like you were looking down on it).

I'm heartened to see that so many others went for colored stones.

I don't know anyone in real life who has one except me!

Mine is a 3.5 carat emerald-cut emerald (my birthstone) flanked by two marquise-cut diamonds that total about a half-carat, in 18K white gold.

Here's some pics: (it looks totally different depending on the light!)

Attached is my colored stone ring. It's not my e-ring, but most people thought it was one before DH proposed. (The ring was for our 1yr of dating anniversary.)

OKay let's see if this picture works!

I just took this at my computer so it isn't the best quality. But I have never really known how to photograph jewelry anyway so this is probably as good as it gets.

The center is 3.31 carat round ideal, f color, vs clarity GIA cert. The sides are round cut .33 carat set in platinum. It is a plain platinum band. The diamond and setting were purchased seperately through a diamond broker.
