i'm not normally a fan of solitaires, but i prefer that over the split shank. you're ring is really nice. :)

small tapered baguettes a la Harry Winston would be nice if you like them to enhance the classic emerald cut.

I have a halo split shank for MY e ring but it's a round diamond. For YOUR diamond I do however like the simple style best!

i personally don't prefer the split shank for ur gorgeous emerald. it's such a pretty stone, either let it stand alone or pick a different setting that doesn't compete quite as much as the split shank. congrats!
