IMO, I think it's appropriate at any age. It's a beautiful piece and next on my wishlist! (FYI, I'm 26)

i agree with deleckidesign, it's ageless, unlike some of the other silver pieces.

I think this is definitely one piece that is a true classic. Seriously is anyone too old to wear an open heart?!

nope, timeless. if you do searches on it here in the forum, you'd probably find a lot of hits and info about various people talking about this pendant b/c it's so popular. i don't think it has ever been questioned if it's too 'young' for somebody to wear.
