Exclamation Dogeared
I LOVELOVELOVE Dogeared braclets and necklaces but does anyone know any other makes that make similar style jewelry?
possibly a bit cheaper than Dogeard?
Though I love the designs I find them to bit a little overpriced for what you're getting... or maybe that's just the prices in Holland...

thanks!!

Dogeared definately makes cute jewelry, but I have to agree with you that their prices are insane. Depending on what look you are going for you could probably find a similar one on Etsy.

this necklace
http://www.dogeared.com/karma-necklace-sterling-silver

is very similar to
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=26842301

or if you just like the cute look of all of their little pendants this seller does them really well
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=25921499
the link above is to a necklace with a diamond that is 14k gold with a diamond.....so while it's not cheaper than dogeared you are at least getting more for your $

Good luck!

I've found a lot of dogeared look-a-likes on Etsy as well! If you just search hard enough, you'll find what you're looking for. I also agree with you that dogeared is WAY too overpriced, which is why I turn to Etsy to find jewelry for a much reasonable price tag.

NurseAnn thanks! I love the little skull diamond ring

I love making these bracelets and then stacking them with other bracelets especially since my wrist is tiny and the dogeared ones are a bit too big for me.

I'm so glad you like her stuff! I have been going back and forth about getting that umbrella pendant that I linked you to. I live in Seattle (and love it) so it would fit but there's so much stuff that I want right now. I LOVE etsy. I like the idea of supporting independent artists. Plus, a lot of the time you can ask them to change things (sterling silver instead of gold, diamond/no diamond) and they are very willing to accomodate. Please post a picture if you get one!

I'm the same! These are ones I made for my Etsy shop, but I also made ones for myself since my wrist is like 5.5inches and 7inches is just WAY too big for me. By the way I love your buddha charm!

I just love the clean lines of these styles in the pics; I am not a girly girl, and there is a lot of jewelry that is too flowery for my taste (even if they don't have flowers, just can't find the right word KWIM?).

I'm glad you liked those styles. I totally agree with you about them having clean lines. The funny thing about us both liking them is that I tend to think of myself as a very girly girl (hearts, flowers, pink) yet I was drawn to them as well.

_no, it means you have a cosmopolitan or all encompassing style - good for you! Open mind and a wide range of taste!
