Default Does it have to be Tiffany's?
Hi ladies!

So if I usually like Tiffany's for the quality and glam- but if I see something gorgeous at Jared for instance, does all my jewelry have to be Tiffany's????? So torn.......

Absolutely buy elsewhere if you love it ... especially if it's an ering. Just be careful with mall stores as their quality often takes a huge dip.

If you like LV, do all your accessories have to be LV? Of course not! There are quality, beautiful items - especially in jewelry - at other places. I agree that mall jewelers are not comparable in quality, but many local jewelers have and can create beautiful things with fabulous quality and often less markup.

Definitely go for it if you are in love with it.
Not all my pieces are from the same place, but they are all quality items with excellent craftsmanship.

Yikes - it's upsetting that this question even has to be asked!! When you buy Tiffany jewelry, you're buying mass produced jewelry that's sold by the drawerful in their stores throughout the world. There is nothing unique about it. While it's usually high quality, the same quality can be had from your local jewelers, but the style will probably be more unique and the prices will probably be half or less that of Tiffany for the same or better quality.

It continues to amaze me what Tiffany's marketing department has been able to accomplish.

No, it does not have to be all Tiffany. Do you wear only one brand of clothing, shoes, handbags, etc.? Of course not.

I agree with all the girls - especially when it comes to E-rings!

When you wear it, no one can see the little blue box, right?
