What do you think of this watch and this style in general, I think it's quite feminine. Would the man in your life wear it?

The white stones does make it a little more feminine, the black stone one is quite nice for men though !

Our male customers typically go for the black sapphire crystal 38mm models, rather than white, red or pink. They may also consider the blue Christal Rubber.
Here's my grey sapphire crystal 38mm chronograph with 48-diamond bezel and full sapphire crystal bracelet: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Personally, I think that if you are a man with fair skin, the black sapphire crystal watches might look a little stark as there's a big contrast, and especially if you choose a style with diamonds (the black sapphire crystals make the diamonds pop even more). Obviously, this isn't a problem for women; almost all my female colleagues have chosen the black sapphire crystal models. The grey on the other hand looks softer, while the translucent colour of the sapphire crystals makes them the most prismatic among all the available colours. It's a very easy to wear colour that matches easily, either dressed up or down, or if your preferred wardrobe colour of choice is grey, like mine: ![]() Unfortunately, the grey sapphire crystal watches have been discontinued from production, but you may still be able to find them at slower-moving Dior boutiques and watch resellers. (They're not on the Dior Watches web site but you can still see my model on the main Dior web site under Timepieces.) I gotta say that the Christal watch ranks as one of my favourite watches, up there with my Rolex.

And just to add/clarify for AudreyII:
The 38mm chronographs are also available without diamonds in a few varieties, in case you were wondering or considering one as a gift. Whether a man would want diamonds on his watch is obviously a matter for personal taste, preference, style and fashion. I wouldn't mind at all the style in your link; in fact, bring on the bling! Another man with a more conservative sense of dressing - or job - might shudder at the prospect.

Wow, thanks eminere, you look great with yours.
I think the black looks very bling and I can see it looking great on women. My OH just actually bought this watch and I think on him it just doesn't look right, but you're right, it's all down to personal taste and if he likes it I should just keep my mouth shut I guess i'm the conservative one when it comes to his clothes. He actually wears a lot of grey, am sure he would love your jacket in that last pic
