I'm still obsessed with my virgin trip to South Coast Plaza in CA last week. The Nordstrom's there had a few pieces of Chloe jewelry - yes, as in the Paddington handbag Chloe. The one piece that stands out was a silver/WG/plated? necklace with a horseshoe pendant with little clear stones (doubt diamonds) in it. I've never seen Chloe jewelry before and a Google search has been fruitless. Does anyone know anything about it?

Yes, I collect it - what do you need to know?

:) Thanks for the PM! I was curious at to what the materials are and where it is available online, if at all. I did a google search but found nothing!! Of note, after waxing rhapsodic about the horseshoe necklace, DH secretly ordered it from the South Coast Plaza Nordstrom for Valentine's day....... swoon!
It doesn't quite look like sterling silver, do you know what the materials are? Thanks again!

No problem, at all!
It's always nice to meet a fellow fan! Most people on the Chloe sub-forum seem to, primarily, buy the leather goods; but I'm a big Chloe jewellery nut. ![]() Lucky you to have such a lovely DH! ![]() Chloe jewellery is costume jewellery - although it's very good quality. I assume it's still made in Italy? My newest piece is about 3 years old, now - I kind of went off the new stuff, when Paulo took over, but now Hannah's in charge, things are starting to look up, again! ![]() I expect it says 'Argent' (French for silver) on the hangtag and/or box does it? If so, as you correctly ascertained, that refers to the colour; not the material. Most of it is made from brass (sometimes gold-plated and sometimes not), or silver metal (sometimes rhodium plated [which I assume yours is] and sometimes not) and Swarovski crystals (like yours), or semi-precious stones, or other materials like horn, resin, enamel, leather and perspex (depending on the design, obviously). Chloe were talking about, also, launching a fine jewellery line, but I don't know whether they will, now, in this economy? BTW, NAP stock Chloe jewellery pretty much every season and LVR sold the Kerala jewellery (I assume that's the line this necklace is from) last season (A/W '08). Here's a link to the first post showing my jewellery in the Chloe Reference Library sub-forum: All about Chloe Accessories! ...there's some more in in my subsequent posts (actually, I've also got some more, still, I haven't posted, yet! ).Do you have any pics of your necklace, BTW? I'd love to see it!
