My boyfriend and I were looking for a ring that we would like for engagement( no idea when)...and thought I would like some opinions!!!

I dont know what kind of ring I like!!!! In my opinion, most of the rings in the market are so pretty and...darn expensive!!!! :S

Hi, on the pricescope.com website, there is a Show Me The Ring forum that contains a thread with loads of pictures of engagement rings. You might find it helpful.

The best way to determine what you like... is to try them on!!! ^__^ We recently finished shopping for our ring and I found that even though I liked the ring online or in a picture or on someone else's hand... some totally looked different on mine once I put it on. It was alot of fun lol! We were lucky enough to find a very nice jeweler who was bored at her store since there were no customers. So she let me try any setting that caught my eye ^__^! Happy hunting!

Well the pictures you've posted are all of designer rings that use 10-20 carat center stones. The best place to start is determining a budget and whether you want to pay the premium cost of a designer ring. You could spend $10k at Tiffany's or $4k at an independent jeweler.

From there you can narrow down size, shape, setting, etc.

P.S. Why does everyone have a zero post count?
