I have a friend who asked me if i could find her an inspired version of the cartier bracelet. She saw an editorial in a magazine and the model was wearing a variety of different cartier love bracelets at once and now wants to replicate a similar look, on a budget. you woudl think it wouldn't be that hard to find a simple cheap screw on bracelet in different metals/stone combos. Ive spen thte last half hour tryign to sind some on the net but i keep getting links to fake websites. Im trying to find an inspired version than a flat out copy with signature box etc. for her.

QVC used to carry them a long time ago. I don't know if they still do; I think they called it nail or nailhead jewelry.

I saw a 14k and an 18k version on ebay, I think either under the keyword "slave bracelet" or "screw bracelet". They were a lot cheaper than the cartier version, but because they were solid gold, they were still in the $400-$800 range. I think there was also a white gold version with gold screws and a few cheap stainless steel and sterling silver ones as well.
