Default black diamonds?
Anybody ever heard of these? Are they really diamonds? Anybody own a pair?

I think I've heard of them, but I honestly, I would only want the clearest, shiniest traditional diamond color possible.

THey are beautiful if paired right with white diamonds. They are really diamonds because they have the same properties. I don't own black diamonds, but I do have a ring that is citrine with chocolate diamonds. It is a pretty LeVian ring. CHeck out Macy's for pictures of black diamonds. THey have many rings worth taking a look at.

I really like black diamonds, I have a couple of loose stones (little ones) that I havent had mounted yet.
I saw somebody with a stunning black diamond in a halo setting with white diamonds around the outside... was beaaauuutifullll

I dont know anything about black diamonds.

I was watching a jewelry channel, dont know which one but not QVC or HSN anyway, they had this black diamond beaded necklace & it was sooooo sparkly & beautiful!

thanks for all the info! I've seen "chocolate"-colored diamonds and of course there is the infamous blue Hope diamond. as well as champagne pink, just wasn't sure about black....I may have to spend some time looking around for some IRL, I only saw it for sale online and wondered about them since I hadn't run across them before.

Yes, there are black diamonds, and the are usually cheaper than whites one.
