Tiffany's does have items available in different markets globally that they don't offer in the US. But in the US, none of the RTT necklaces or pendants still have the numbers (other than the 925 marking). Another reason I tend to think it is a keychain heart is the pendants usually have a single link on them for the chain to go through, instead of just the opening at the top of the heart. I do agree they should have been clearer with you, but they probably figured you'd be so happy to get a brand new one, you wouldn't notice.
That's really curious! Anyway, today I went there and got a proper replacement - it looks exactly like this now (my old one had 925 on the back and not at the front): Tiffany & Co. | Item | Return to Tiffany? heart tag pendant in sterling silver. | International
It wasn't a problem at all, so I don't understand why they didn't replace it like that from the start. Sorry, but I just don't like to walk around with a keychain pendant around my neck. It also doesn't swing/hang right and the SA today even agreed to that by saying that the centers of gravity differ in these two pendants. So weird. Anyway I have a new pendant now and hopefully get it by the end of the week because they still have to do the engraving. I can't wait! ^^
Thanks for your insights!!

I'm so glad they got it all worked out for you. There is a def. difference in weight (I have both the keyring and the necklace), and the keyring would be clumsy with the heavier heart, lol! Just goes to show there are some differences in the geographical markets (Japan always has really cool stuff you can't get here!!). Something for ppl to be aware of, and I always try to look out for. Here is the one they have in the US...

Tiffany & Co. | Item | Return to Tiffany? heart tag pendant in sterling silver, extra large. | United States

I can't say authentic or not from stock photos, and I don't have any experience with them. Maybe someone else here has?

That's really interesting!!
I shall keep that in mind too when I'm going to Japan next year
I also think the differences have something to do with import taxes, with such obvious differences it's easier to determine the origin of an item. But yeah, I was really glad as well!!

Rolex's aren't my specialty, but the seller has a good reputation, and thier the items they have that I am familiar with are authentic. As for this watch, I couldn't say. Maybe someone else will give opinion?
