Default Any experience with JR Dunn jewelers online?

I have a Michele MW2 watch that uses the 20mm strap. Of course, it is discontinued and the straps are very difficult to find.
JR Dunn has several colors and I would really like to purchase, but I thought I would see if any TPFers have had experiences to share.
TIA!

Last December I emailed a question about a watch, and got a fairly timely response. Then I asked another question about the watch and didn't get a response. After several more emails I never got a response. I would never do business with them, they are definitely not customer-oriented.

I have bought straps for my Philip Stein from them, even returned one when the color looked different from the picture. No problem.

I have been in their store in Florida, but haven't purchased from them. They have really nice inventory and based on my limited interactions good customer service.

I highly recommend them. I ordered some Philip Stein straps, a strap for my KLS Hello Kitty watch and some Roberto Coin things. One of the SAs even called me on the phone to make sure everything was right. They have great stuff AND great customer service.

OT, but because you have Michele watches, as I do, Michele recommends Fossil Outlets and Nords Rack for discont. bands. That's where they send them when they pruse their inventory. HTH!
