Default Alexis Bittar Fan
I am a devotee of Alexis Bittar and have been able to get some really fun pieces as a result of all the sales at Nordstroms and Saks. I bought one of the large bangles, 2 of the tiny bangles and the necklace. Thought I'd share and see if anyone else might want to share their buys!

Those are gorgeous pieces.. I love Alexis Bittar pieces too. Did you check out chickdowntown.com's sale? They are also available at givingtreejewelry.com and twistonline.com.

Litagatrix, would love to see some.
simplesplendid - I did check out all those sales, have my eye on a piece at Maddy's gallery and did check out the sites you mentioned, but the dept store sales, beat out all the other stores. Plus I've had luck, if a piece is sold out in the internet site, i.e Nordstrom or Saks, I call their 800 number and they can usually track down a store that still has them for me.

I'll try to take a pic sometime. Probably won't get to it until next week, though!

Rere, I ordered that necklace from Saks also after I saw your post! Here is a picture of it being worn from the Saks catalog. I can't wait to get mine.

I'm a fan of his jewelry, but only lately am I willing to spend more on costume jewelry. I'm hoping this necklace works for work outfits as a statement piece.

I hadn't purchased any jewelry in ages so while at Nordstroms decided to check out. I came across some pieces that were really different and it turns out is alexis bittar. I purchased a cute pair of hoop earrings and they turned out 50% off. The salesman said a lot of people do collect this line too. I guess I'm a fan now! There was a white bangle bracelet I kind of wished I had gotten too, maybe next time.

This was one of my Christmas presents, a little *fun bling* from DH, since we weren't doing anything too decadent this year:

I love it! Worn it with a couple things already, and I like that it works equally well with jeans or a cocktail dress!

pretty braclet! Here is a small pic of the earrings I just purchased. Now that I have them at home they seem a little too big? I'm used to smaller hoops. They are similiar to these, lucite w/gold painted on the inside.

Love the bracelet, is the larger version of the ones I bought. I had to send the necklace back, very bummed, it was huge, if only those beads could have been smaller, they were lovely colors.

Thanks re: the bracelet-- it's big, but good big! Re: the necklace, I have noticed that some Alexis Bittar necklaces are definitely statement pieces. (Large!)

I have a lot of AB items. I discovered him years ago when he was primarily selling in MOMA in NYC. I met him about 10 years ago at MOMA and had a nice chat about his process -- that was way before he branched out into fancier items.

I love stacking random colored rings because they always look great together.

I really like his big statement necklaces.
