I actually disagree with the one size smaller rule.I'm usually an 8 and tried on the 7s but my toe was pressing against the end of the shoe and they were uncomfortable when I walked.
I ended up buying the 8's and although they were just a little roomy. I just wear thicker socks (I wear uggs as winter boots and don't go barefoot with them) and they fit fine. |

I'm an 11/12 (US sizes), which is a 42.5 in European sizes (I hate that I have big feet
) and I buy my UGG Australia boots in either a 10 or 11 and both fit fine.

Definitely size down one size. I am a 7 to 7.5 and I got a 6 and they are even a little roomy...lots or room for big socks!

I am a size UK7 and my foot is 10" (UK6.5 on ugg chart).....if i go one size down to a UK6 then the insole will be 9" 7/8 according to the UGG sizing chart ......isnt it just better to go by the actual measurements or are they a bit misleading ? I dont see how my 10" foot will be comfortable in a 9 7/8 insole, or even 10" for that matter

I've never actually measured my feet, but I wear a US9 in womens shoes. But I wear a 7 in Uggs. They are not too short for me, and after the fleece compresses the 8's are just too roomy. I tried on the cardi Uggs, and there's a problem with them in comparison because the 7's are definitely too small and they have no fleece to compress around the top of the foot. But the 8's are big enough that my heel slips when I walk, so if they stretch at all they will be sloppy big.
I agree that you almost have to order two sizes initially. I bought my first pair from Zappos so I could try several different sizes and one size smaller than normal was definitely too big. But it was worth paying retail for them because I could send the ones that didn't fit back with no fee. |

i normally wear a size 6, i got a size 5 its very comfortable, i've had my uggs for 4-5 years now, i think the sheepskin, shearling lining eventually mold to your feet

I wear size 8 and is true to size in Uggs 8 w/out socks. It's actually a little snug for me.

I think it comes down to the shape of your feet, if you have wider feet then I would say to get uggs in the size you normally buy but if your feet are more narrow go a size down

Do the Baileys run true to size?. I was looking on the web and one site states they run true to size so to make sure it does'nt say that on all the UGGS I clicked on some others and it does'nt say that on all of them. I tried on a pair of tall ones and they do run a size small, they did'nt have any baileys in. TIA!!

I think they run as true to size as can be. I wear a size 8UK and my Uggs fit perfectly. I don't have wide feet, so i wear socks/pop socks with them. They're extremely comfortable. If you are unsure its better to try on a pair. If you order online make sure you can do a return, that way if they're too big/small you can exchange them.
