Can't do Uggs. I think they look pretty cute on other people when they're in good condition, but when they're dirty, they look so bad. I thought the light shades are sort of their signature color, no? I think the shorter ones would be more versatile. Probably depends how tall you are.

Well I'm sure but I still perfer tall uggs. I think the short ones look weird, so I buy the tall ones.

I don't know why but the short ones just don't appeal to me.

I have some short black ones but I'd like to get some tall ones eventually. there are some with a back zip so you don't have to jam your pants into 'em!

I like the short ones better. I don't tuck my jeans into them, so it works for me.

My vote's for tall. Shorts probably work better with jeans, but they make you look so squat when you wear them with skirts.

Thanks for the opinions....I'm leaning towards tall right now but what color do you all prefer? I have sand right now and may get the tall in the same color since I'm getting some other boots in black but i'm not sure yet hehehe.

I'm not a fan of sand. It gets yucky very quickly. My friend's turned green. Yes, green. I love black, but the chestnut is very nice. I also like the grey and the chocolate.

I think my uggs fit funny in the calves! anyone else have this problem? They're classic talls and don't seem to have enough room for anytihng to be tucked in!

i just ordered a pair of short ugg boots, for me, i don't like having shoes that practically go all the way up to my knees, it makes my feet too warm

i have both short and tall. i can tuck both of them into my skinny jeans. i wear the short ones under yoga pants during winter. if you buy the tall you almost always have to tuck them in your pants but the short you can get away with either tucking them in or wearing them regularly.

I prefer tall because it balances my lower body but I like tall too. I love UGGS in general

Does anyone have problems with folds around the ankle area? I tried on a pair of tall uggs instore and when I walked the ankle part was slouchy. Also, are uggs supposed to fit the calf area exactly? Do you think it looks unwieldy/bad if it doesn't?
