Default Just ordered my wedding shoes!

I don't know if it's becoming a cliched choice for weddings, but I ordered the Manolo Blahnik Sedaraby pumps in silver this morning to wear on my wedding day next month! I agonized over it for a while, but they really are the best shoes that I've tried on. The kicker for me is that they are more expensive than my J.Crew wedding dress! Yikes!

Here's a stock picture of my dress:

And a stock picture of the shoes:

Suli, That dress is really such a beautiful classic. The shoes are going to be perfect. I just got mine thanks to meggy giving us a heads up on them shoing up on the Barneys site. They are really comfy and look great w/ jeans, too.

Suli, you'll wear the shoes many more times than the dress, so it's worth the extra expense!! GORGEOUS dress, btw, I know you're going to make a beautiful bride!

I always said I wanted manolo's for my wedding and these are just gorgeous! Is it me or is this heel not so tall? Do they come in different heights? (I can't wear high heels!)

The heel is 90mm (around 3.5"). They do come in 100mm height but those are very HTF. They are very, very comfortable.

They also come in the 70mm height. I ordered mine from Bergdorf's this morning in the 90mm height. I can't walk in heels either (I'm the flats girl), but these were super comfortable...

Seriously?? 70mm?? I've never seen those before!! I would think 90mm looks a lot nicer, though. And yes, they are definitely comfortable, I was very impressed. I'm a flats type of girl too

oh wow, just did a little googling on that and looks like BG used to sell 70mm ones. I had no idea they made them that short. I definitely think 90mm is the way to go though!

Thanks for the lovely compliments and well-wishes everyone!

I was debating the 70mm, but they did not have my size. I'm pretty happy with the 90mm though. I can't wait to get them!
