yeah i read that they're not made in italy like the real choos. jimmy choo just designed them for h&m that's about it.

I'm a bit baffled here. Why would you expect a $120 shoe to have the same built quality, design, materials, etc as a $700 shoe? I don't get it. While I haven't seen the shoes in person, it never even crossed my mind that these were just like "real Jimmy Choos". It makes no sense for the brand to sell their regular shoes at a small fraction of the price.

Yes, they carry the Jimmy Choo name but lets get real, they don't carry the Jimmy Choo price tag so SOMETHING's got to give. No?

I'm against paying double or more from ebay. This is what keeps these people in business. If everyone refused to buy from them, it wouldn't be that crazy to shop on these designer collaborations to begin with, and price wouldn't be so high on ebay.

I won't pay double either but not because I refuse (I just can't afford it right now :P ). However, for most people ebay is the only way to get this particular collaboration's items. My nearest H&M is over 4 hours away and they didn't even carry the line. Not everyone has direct access to the stock. Unfortunately, THAT is what keeps these people in business.

I think at the pre launch VIP event the evening before the main launch, people were allowed to buy more than one item each of every size, so that answers the question as to why the seller may have had more than one pair listed (that ofcourse or she took a friend with her to buy everything again in a popular size!)

I think people get abit snobbish about these shoes. They have been designed by Choo, the same as so many other collaborations! I wouldnt expect them to be the same quality as the main line, but they are still designer shoes in that they have been designed by Choo for H&M and the price reflects this.

I think its mean to the people that have purchased and are happy with their buys to say they are "special" H&Ms - for all we know, this could be their one chance to own something that could be deemed Jimmy Choo, why try and deflate their experience? Nobody says a thing about Matthew Williamson or Karl Lagerfeld or Victor & Rolf and do you seriously think they sat there and cut the patterns for H&M when they did there collections

Is it possible to buy 2 pairs of a certain design with the same size? She has about 2 designs that she has 2 pairs (of the same size) of up for bidding. But the rest (bags and accessories), i've noticed, are only 1 item per design.

I asked the seller for a copy of the receipt just to make sure it's in there.

Is it possible for her to have bought 2 pairs of the same size and design??? I want to clear things before I pay up.

FYI: She has a very good feed back rating
You could buy every style but only one pair of each style per person. It is possible that this Ebayer had more than one person with them. I have to say there were loads of very unlikely Choo wearers in the line I was in!

yes I think the Jimmy Choo designers (or Tamara) just made the designs and H&M just made the shoe with their own materials. Nothing wrong with that.

I really wanted the leather jacket that they made for H&M but that stingy store decided that the closest I can get to the line is in NYC. and I really dont feel like traveling 4 hours for a jacket (i live in MD). I myself own Jimmy Choo shoes and wouldn't mind to get a pair or two of the H&M version flats.

I hope those who did get the purchases post them on here so that I can live through you.

I live in Miami, the nearest H&M that carried the line is in NYC.....needless to say, there was no way i could have gone to the store. HOWEVER, I just won a pair of the metallic blue sandals on eBay. I ended up paying a $50 mark up but that's just the only way I could have gotten the shoes and I REALLY wanted them. I would not have paid any more though.

Thanks for all the Jimmy Choo info! I'm still hoping to see some of the stuff, if there is any left, IRL. I can't wait for pics of everyone's goodies!
