Well I have just returned from the Kensington London store and it was absolute bedlam.

Even at lunchtime the queues are out to the door with a minimum wait of 1 hour - but, here is the crazy thing, thats just to get to see whats left! there is no way of knowing what is in stock, all clothes were gone at 9am this morning, so you could queue up for over an hour to find nothing left shoe wise in your size. The only things on the shelves you could actually see were the pink hard clutches, which unfortunately, look cheap and nasty :(

Even the accessories, you had to queue up for, its crazy. A few people who had queued up had bought too much or maybe couldnt afford it, so had left it on the shop floor, and these were scooped up the second they were put down, it was really as if, if people saw a blue hanger they would grab it whatever it was and whatever size, it was horrible. Really Really badly organised.

Big thumbs down for London :(

There are a bunch of items on ebay now...for 3 times the price. Sooo not worth it!

In Vancouver people were camping out from last night-and it was so cold here yesterday! They did the wristband thing too, people only get 10min to shop.

I'm not into heels, and although there was 1 pair of flats I really liked.....it wasn't worth the chaos.

Mods, I dunno if this is allowed or not, so please feel free to delete otherwise. I just had to ask... Did anybody accidentally bought wrong sizes and interested in trading (same style, different size)?

In Sweden there were lot of items left hours after the opening , and I only had to wait like 15 minutes to get in.

But I didnŽt bought anything , I wasnŽt happy with the quality.

IŽll buy the real deal on sale instead.

If anyone is planning on returning flats or boots in a 39 or 40 please PM. I would be interested in buying them from the store you return them to.
