I like the heels on the MJ's. They make me think disco in a good way if that makes any sense. LOL.

Oh and your chihuahua has the cutest nose!!! I just want to kiss it!!

Hi fate! It's been a loooong while since I stopped by here. Got pretty much distracted by you know what LOL!! But I just can't stay away from shoes, my first love. My, your collection has certainly grown and you have picked out quite a few choice pieces. Loooove them all!!

I've been kicking myself (with my Loubies mind you) that I totally missed out on these YSLs. When I first saw them last season I was like hmmm chunky stacked heel, not too flattering on my fat calves. But now, after seeing them countless times on this fab chick in my office building day-in day-out, I'm absolutely PINING for them. They are classic with an edge - so quintessentially YSL!!

Hey fate, been procrastinating from doing exam study here. Loving the shoes. I just arranged my wardrobe. No where near what you've got (I only have 9 pairs) and no Louboutins, don't sell them here. Bought 2 black patent Pradas in the past few days though, love them.

I love love love that last pic you posted of Loubie, she's absolutely precious! Oh and I'm saving this thread to show the bf lol. Luckily he understands my obsession. I only started collecting designer shoes under 2 years ago. Hopefully I will have a big collection like yours soon... *wink*

Thanks, Liz, Michelle, Bebe! Glad I can share my addiction with you ladies!

Ms Piggy -- Don't you hate it when that happens! I saw the ads with Gisele and fell in love with them. My stubby legs vs. Gisele's mile long ones? No comparison , so it took a while for me to even consider them. I actually had my eye on the gray ones but I hesitated and before I knew it, they were gone. Was super excited to pick these up during the sale season. I'll keep an eye out for you, sweetie! Occasionally, I see them on eBay or at the resellers (off season goods) here in NY. PM me or email me to let me know what size you are. I'll drop you a line if I see them. I'd ask you if you prefer the shorter or taller heels, but I know the answer to that one!

Kav -- You're envious of MY shoes!?!?! pfth! I'm still yearning for the petrol Spy shoes you have! Searched forever for them and have finally given up all hope. Tell you what! My entire shoe closet for that delicious Rouge H Birkin of yours and your Spy shoes!

Oh and it must be too easy to procrastinate studying -- your bunnies are adorable! We took Loubie out this past weekend (finally! had to get all her shots and vaccinations and flea and tick meds) and she growled at a HUGE cat. BF says she's def my dog, since I'm not much of a cat person. I was so afraid the cat would lunge at her, but she's smart enough to growl and run! LOL Then she became fascinated with the bunny that was digging holes into my friend's backyard. She kept doing the play-bow to it, but it kept hopping away, leaving poor Loubie whining!

What size are you...?
(You know what I KICK myself for not getting, the same spy shoes but the flat casual sandal version.)

Yeah study is hard, I pick up Shadow every few minutes for a cuddle. Loubie is stunning, I don't normally like Chi's but she has a beautiful beautiful face, definitely worth the search and wait! Aww that's so cute, I can just imagine her whining as the bunny hopped away.

Oh my gosh! They make my feet hurt just to look at them . . . Louboutins feel like mini-torture chambers. And have you ever noticed, most of the high heels (at least the buy at Barney's) look like hooker-shoes, and the flats look postively, horribly matronly. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground.

So today, on my way to a morning meeting, I grabbed these pewter yoyos (which work brilliantly with a navy pinstriped suit and a contrasting violet camisole). Going up an escalator, one and then both heels got stuck in the slats. I couldn't free them and literally had to step out of my heels, and then yank at them to finally get them loose. My left heel survived. My right heel... not so much. Time to visit the cobbler again.

(bad camera phone pic again! )
