Yayy! Finally bought my first pair thanks to eBay! They are brand new and i managed to snag them for $69! (i think part of the reason may be because the seller spelled Dries Van Noten as "Dries Von Noten".. i always just search with "dries" for this reason.. The same boot in other sizes are going for $150++ easy currently.

This is a picture from another auction (the pics are just better)

Anyone know what season these were from? I know they retailed for $660

Congrats on your purchase Sammydoll! I saw those on ebay too, didn't realise they went for such a bargain, well done!

I might be wrong, but they look like they'd be from the AW2008 collection, although not used on the runway? Something about that print makes me think that...

^^Cool, thanks for the info! Yeah, the seller re-listed them a couple times and then i finally emailed him asking for him to lower them a bit, because i'm not really suppose to be spending $$ at the moment.. so he lowered them by $20 for me which i thought was pretty nice :)) They'll be a nice change from my black knee high boots and my Brown/reddish Frye's

congrats sammydoll on such a cool and bargain score!!!!! i might follow your strategy on ebay from now on :P

(by the way, i hope a lot of ebayers are moving to bonanzle.com so i can start searching for stuff only on bonanzle rather than going back and froth between ebay and bonanzle)

ok so there are these dries heels on ebay right now in my size (well, im usually a 7.5 and these are a 37.5 and ive never worn dries before so actually im not sure if they are my size) anyway they are just beautiful, blue and green silk with a brown adjustable strap. the only thing is the heel looks really high and skinny. but the strap give me hope that they arent impossible to walk in.

here is the ebay link

i have no idea how to get pictures here, but if anyone feels like taking a look at them and letting me know their opinion, if they're worth the money, if they own the same shoes, that would be awesome!

If you're a US 7.5 then you should be fine If you're an AUS 7.5 (I can't see where you're from )it may be a bit small...I heard the silk shoes of this collection ran a little small, but I'd think silk also stretches somewhat...

thefashionhead, it is true that if you are US7.5 those 37.5 will fit nicely on you. i have the same style in different fabric. they are not impossible to walk in. but they are stilettos. so can still be wobbly on lush carpets. but not difficult to walk in.

ooooo, bagnista, nice! there are a few of us here with the same shoes!!! are the blue along with the other colours just pretty? and very comfortable! (except for my pinky, i have wide feet and stray pinkies). what season is your pump in the last pic from?

So my boots came and they are amazing! Will definitely wear them sometime this weekend. They are the most comfortable a pair of boots has been without any breaking in, the leather insides are so soft! :)
