Both look great. They would take me out of my comfort zone. Yes, I would wear them, now, all I would need is some place to where them to and with what outfit.

why would they take you out of your comfort zone? actually, for me too
but as long as it is under 4 inches. i found 4 inches is all i can take. 3 inches perhaps is ideally as far as i would like to go. and stilettos, they are nerve wrecking to walk on. i suppose if you let yourself get used to how you walk differently in a pair of these, it might be easier to walk in them. i found that that is the hardest thing to do, to walk in a more feminine way. but i can use some femininity. or so i have been told :)

Oh my. I love those. I have a pair of DVNs that I LOVED that I tried to track down with no luck. I settled for a similar pair in the same colour but not the same style. I even called DVN in Antwerp (they wouldn't sell overseas) and France (they would but they didn't have em). The final pair I got were from NM KOP, I think, IIRC, but I did it through NM Northpark.

But bagpunk, I LOVE both pairs you have with a mad undying love. I think you've made me want both. How did the sizing run on those?

hey RLW. i think they run true to size, as i am normally a 36 (US6) and these fit me fine. which are the ones you are tracking? any pics you have to show? how about the ones you finally ended up with? i would loooove to see! we don't often see DVN shoes here.

i am currently calling SAs in two different shops, patrolling 2 other pairs which i have begged them to keep an eye for me. one pair is the patchwork floral pumps, and the other pair look like 2 crisscross made of thick cloth (forming two crosses on your feet up to just below your ankles) with brown leather strap. will try to post pics IF i am blessed with the opportunity to get them...

Where did you get those? At the dvn boutique? I've been looking for ankle boots! Oh god, maybe I don't want to know how much they are though. :{

bagpunk, i have these, i actually wore them last night to an REM concert at MSG and my feet were fine all night, they didn't hurt and i didn't get any blisters. they are really comfy bc they aren't that high, and the bottom of the sole is padded... definately a good buy!!!
