Default Dolce Vita Boots? Anyone with experience?
Hey girls,

Do any of you have any experience with dolce Vita boots? Is the leather good? are they comfy? are they suitable for skinny or regular calfs? Anyone have any thoughts? Im looking at a really gorgeous pair, but I don't want to get them if I'll regret them!

Thanks girls!

I just tried on a couple pairs of Dolce Vita boots and returned them. They're not craptastic, but they didn't strike me as great quality in either the leather or the construction. My SO commented that they looked cheap. I thought they would have been fine for the price, but I returned them because the calves were huge. I think that was the style but not what I was looking for. Also, I find DVs a half size large. HTH!

In all fairness the last pair of shoes my SO saw me try on before the DVs were Zanotti boots, so the quality comparison was bound to be unfavorable! I would suggest maybe trying them off Endless, and you can send them back free if you don't like them. I think they can be dressed up to look nice, I just don't have that kind of talent for putting together outfits. But definitely the calves on the styles I've tried are very wide.

i have an old pair of DV boots from a few years ago (when i was obsessed with lohan's style) and they run very, very small. i am a true US 7 and could barely squeeze my foot into the 7. can't really comment on the quality as i wore them only twice because of the awful fit.

I have the Dolce Vita webber ankle boots and they run slightly large, but I bought my normal size so I could wear socks. The quality is decent for the price. I bought them at Nordstrom in case they break or anything.

i bought a pair and they're great for the price. i have larger calves, so was really happy with them, fit over my calves no problem.
