Default Of course I want them, now that they're sold out.
As usual, I am late to the game and only now, after they're sold out everywhere, have I discovered that I MUST have these Fiorentini & Baker boots!

Anyone know where I can find these Eli boots in black? Size 37? I've found them in my size in other colors but not black.

Alternatively, you can tell me how uncomfortable and ugly these boots are, so that I can get over my obsession with them.

^ RACHEY07 I've been reading the Bal moto jacket thread and I think I'm as obsessed about these boots as you are about that jacket (which I can't wait for you to get!)!!

aww thanks!!! well, you're lucky you're obsessed with these instead cause they are WAY cheaper!

I recently bought the Fiorentini Baker Bi-boots...I am obsessed with them and get so many compliments. I bet these are just as awesome! good luck finding them...I was looking for them in a 37 too, but don't worry your competition is out due to me being extremely broke!

Here you go: http://www.gimmeshoes.com/product_in...roducts_id=779

I have them in red and they are neither ugly nor uncomfortable. You need to own these as they are ridiculously comfortable. Oh, and order a full size down. I wear an 8 and mine are size 37.

Hey friend. You're not going to believe this but my mom just got these in brown. I like the navy and grey ones, too.

Did you call Barney's to see if they could run a check for you? Also, I just looked on their official website and there are four stores in LA that sell these besides Barneys. Maybe you could email or call?

ETA: KittyKat found them!!

KittyKat, thank you so much! I get nervous ordering shoes online from anywhere besides Zappos, Piperlime, or endless (with those sites, it's so easy to return if they don't fit or don't look as good on me as they do in my mind) but you are convincing me to take the plunge!

ahertz, my obsession with short boots started with our recent trip to Bloomie's!!! I didn't even think of checking the F&B site *doh* Maybe if I find them locally you can come with me to try them on?

misstsips, excellent sleuthing by you! These do look identical to the F&B ones, I wonder if they're comparable in quality, craftsmanship and durability?

Thanks everyone!!

Well... I saw a similar looking shoe today at Forever 21. That might hold you over until you find the ones you really want!

I found them at a store near me yesterday
(that almost never happens)

I'm so glad I didn't order online because I thought I needed the 37s (I'm usually a 38 ) but I actually needed the 36s.

And all the helpful ladies in the store agreed that while the Eli's were very cute, the Eternity three buckle boots were much more flattering and leg lengthening on me than the Eli's. I thought so too, although I liked both styles.

Anyway good luck balihai88 and definitely try them if you can before buying.
