Thanks for the tip. I couldn't find the Band-aid brand product here in Canada, but this one is available at our local running/sports store.

I think BodyGlide is more to prevent chaffing when exercising (i.e. to prevent the inside of your thighs rubbing together). I'm not entirely sure it would be an effective shoe blister preventer.

I know people swear by it to prevent blisters in 'roomy' shoes like crocs but I've never used it.

I'm in Canada too and I bought a Life Brand Blister Stick from Shoppers Drug Mart Cyndee I haven't used it yet, but it has a money back guarantee on it, so I figured why not.

I've used Body Glide for anti-chaffing (like when running) and to prevent blisters. It's worked great for me.

I got the Dr. Scholls stick to prevent blisters...its pretty good

I use the Band-Aid one, and although not foolproof, it's definitely an improvement vs not wearing it at all.
