Maybe you got a CS rep who was having a bad day since someone else said that they would be sending out email invites.

Well I got the catalog in the mail and the VIP invite was inside the catalog. Check your catalogs. Hopefully they don't fall out.

I got the catalog last week and it didn't have a card. I haven't received one in the mail either (I'm in the midwest). I get all of the emails and other promotions, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't get a code or invite.

If Sephora's system doesn't update V.I.B. status in time I'd think you could speak with CS to honor the code?

If all else fails, it appears that the code is going to be the same for all VIBs so you can still place an online order (it's good for a 1-time use only). That's what I'm going to end up doing since I can't make it to the party.

I'm in Hawaii and my invite came a few days ago.. so hang in there, I imagine a lot will be hitting mailboxes during the weekend :)

According to my invite, you can use the 20% off in store through the 15th as well as online.
