I also called customer service today and I am a vib and have not recieved a catalog nor a vib mail invitation, but they said that they are coming from cali so it may take a little longer and also assured me that an email will be sent out but she did not specify when. P.S. I talked to a supervisor so the info should be accurate :)

Ooh I hope I get mine soon. I will have just gotten paid too so then I can get all of the stuff that I wanted to give as gifts this year.

Got mine today. Not sure if I'll make it though. I also got the 20% off everything at Ulta coupon today. I'm thinking maybe I'll get some Christmas shopping done.

I def prefer Ulta. I wish we had one here. If we did I'd pay Sephora no mind. Ah I used to go in for a reward facial like every month! Get some 5x points and the bonus points. Ahhh.

I got mine today... There's an online promo code V324HW that I assume would only work for V.I.B.'s

If Sephora's system doesn't update V.I.B. status in time I'd think you could speak with CS to honor the code?

OMG grrr just realized that my old address is still on my sephora mailing list stuff - so no catalog for me; hopefully they will send one out soon to my new address!

I went to the one last year and it was a Saturday morning.

I think it's nationwide on the 12th.. mine had a printed "visit your local pearlridge sephora" on the front, but the invitation itself looks like it's generic for all states. :( I'd contemplate going if I didn't have plans that night already.

My invitation came all by itself.. I have yet to receive their holiday catalog. Looking forward to perusing it when it gets here, though. :)

I just checked my account - I hadn't subcribed for the catalogs, only emails. I wonder if this has something to do with it? I've subscribed now, but maybe it's too late.

I'm a beauty insider and a VIP and I haven't gotten anything yet. But I am in New York so it probably takes longer to get here. I have had problems getting the previous catalogs. I think someone is swiping them. Haven't gotten any this year but I'm subscribed and they tell me ones were sent out to me. CS updated my account so I really hope I get everything in the mail.

I hear you... I think I have enough points for the top level service w/ some extra left over...

I got my holiday catalogue but NO VIB card... I called their phone # today, they said they cant re-issue the cards and I'd have to go with someone else who HAS the VIB card... even tho I AM! one... :( /sigh
