I forgot to add Drying Cream to my list too. I always used to get at least one cystic pimple on my chin each month (due to hormones), but since I started using this product I've only had the occasional whitehead, no cystic acne!!

During that time of the month I just put a very thin layer over my chin area before I moisturize in the morning. That's it.

i have a question, if the pimple under the skin feels like it will erupt and you use the drying lotion to flatten it or kind of 'destroy' it..wouldn't it appear in the near future anwaysy because it never had the chance to come out and be cleanser properly?
just a thought, im plannign ong etting the drying lotion =D

Not if you treat it right away in its beginning stages.

I LOVE this line of skincare! I have the enzyme cleanser, the cucumber toner, the hyaluronic eye cream, the strawberry scrub and mask and the oil free moisturizer. I also have the drying lotion and cream and the special healing powder. Everything works great and my skin has never looked better!

I used the buffering lotion...I think that's it for the cystic acne. I would get these weird deep bumps near my ears. Anyhow after using the buffering lotion on and off I can't remember the last time I have had one. And it does last a while. I don't even think my bottle looks like I have used any!! I have to try the Drying Lotion, I have heard good things about it.

Does anyone have experience with any of the other acne treatments, like the acne face wash and anti-acne serum, for instance? I notice isopropyl alcohol on almost every product, and am wondering if it would end up being too harsh on my skin? I picked up samples to try because nothing has worked so far and this thread has sparked my attention! I am hoping maybe the acne products will help with flair ups, and because of the High Ratings on MUA, I may go back and try out the Glycolic Face Wash and maybe some other products.

(I did pick up the Drying Lotion and tried it on when I got home tonight and it is already helping with the existing pimples! They don't hurt nearly as much!)

^ The products that do contain alcohol contain other skin conditioning ingredients to counteract it. I've never had a problem with dryness or irritation from Mario Badescu products, and it's always a problem for me with other brands.

I just picked up some more Keratoplast Cream Soap facial cleanser! I absolutely adore this cleanser (it's not actual soap) and it's good for sensitive skin. It's so luxurious and fun to use lol.

Anyone have experience with his eye creams? I am curious. Also the face moisturizers... they are a bit pricier, are they really worth it?

Products which contain salicylic acid usually contain alcohol. It's extremely not soluble in water so to get it into a solution it utilizes alcohol. Another used in PEG but again most people use alcohols.
