^ Reesee, I'll check it later & get back to you! For some reason I'm thinking it's Conair? It's not one of the nice-looking metal ones that lights up, it's all plastic...

Thanks Claire! I dont much mind the "ugly" factor for the mirror, its going in my bathroom. THe lighting in there sucks and I hate doing my makeup there.
Thanks again Claire, you rock the beauty bar! |

Thanks Ladies, I'm definitely going to check out your suggestions. In the meantime, I did some research online and found that good quality mirrors can go into the thousands!!! Here's a lighted one from Brot, Parisian company.
![]() Price: From $1,337.00 to $2,129.00 http://boydsmirrors.com/brotelegance...ngdia24cm.aspx These are more reasonable, but still expensive...but they look so pretty. Do you think it's worth it? ![]() Price: From $240.00 to $245.00 http://boydsmirrors.com/ky-lightedmi...inimalist.aspx ![]() Price: From $170.00 to $175.00 http://boydsmirrors.com/ky-lightedmi...dewoutlet.aspx ![]() Price: $100.00 http://boydsmirrors.com/adjustablelightedmirror5x.aspx |

![]() It is Conair, I checked when I went home The bulb went out awhile ago, but I still use the magnifying mirror every single day for my makeup. I've even padded it and brought it on vacation lol. It was def worth buying! |

Go to Walmart.com and they have some there for cheap. I found mine at my local Walmart store on clearance for $10! I love it. It plugs to the wall, it lights up, and it flips for the magnified side.

I think I have the same one claire has. It's the 3rd one I've tried and I'm sticking to it! Yea, it doesn't look as nice as some of the others but the lighting is pretty good and that's all that matters.
http://img.walgreens.com/dbimagecache/458781.jpg Now, the one below just really sucks in my opinion. The lighting doesn't do anything for you. =/ http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/76...70_500X500.jpg I'm interested in hearing what everyone else uses! |

I'm reviving this thread in case anyone has any additional suggestions. My budget is about $40 and I need something with bright lights and that I can plug in.

Oh man, I LOVE my makeup mirror! I have had it for YEARS and have never had a problem with it... I will go look it up and try to find some links and I'll get back to you!
On a side note: the silver oval metal ones that flip and light up with touch - get really hot and you have to unplug every time because there isn't an off switch and because it gets hot it's not really off!!! Piece o crap if you ask me lol; my mom's blew a fuse in just a few weeks. Ok, will be back later with another post! |

Hopefully gonna pick up a decent and not bank breaking one tomorrow at target. |

Okay I suck I forgot to reply back lol!
I have a Remington True-To-Light makeup mirror... it's a threeway mirror with four light settings and the middle mirror is reversible for magnification. Here are some on ebay: http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=rem...ight&_osacat=0 I think I bought mine at farm and fleet (no joke!) lol but I do believe it's not made anymore! SUCKS! But yeah, I had my first one for like......... oh I dunno 8 years or something and it was a hand-me-down from my mom and I've had my current one for a good 9 years probably and I have never had anything go wrong with it though I find the outlet on the front of it to be totally useless lol |
