Interested in baliage for highlights

First I want to say that I cannot believe I have been coming to the purse forum all this time and never realized there was this beauty chat....AWESOME!
I think I have decided that I want to get baliage highlights but I have no idea who to go to. Does anyone have a recommendation for the Los Angeles area? I have grown out my hair for a long time, and if I mess it up by going to someone who ends up not being good, I will be so bummed. I have been looking on citysearch and googling baliage and trying to figure it out, but I'm not having much luck.

I posted an identical thread a few months back, but didn't really learn much except that you can spell it "bayalage", "baliage", and one other variation which makes googling annoying. I couldn't find anyone here in Phoenix.
