I donīt even dare touching it right now, I keep applying "tea tree oil" stick from Body Shop since last night, but itīs just not enough....
I have a Vichy covering stick (specially for the double use drying/hiding), but thatīs good enough for work, not for a date !!!! I want to look healthy....not let show my partying of last week end ![]() so, what would you do ? |

I would be trying really hard not to freak out right now!
I am sure your date won't even notice hunny :P he will be too won over by your personality. But when it comes to spots i know it is important! I slather on the tea tree oil and then coat it with a tiny drop of Benefit Lip Plump - crazy i know but it works for me and i have SUPER light porceline skin. Then try and blend round my foundation to cover it last but not least i check it in every kind of light - daylight, bright light, subtle light, articficial light etc etc just to make sure you cant see a big orange tide mark lol! |

I would get some Mario Badescu drying lotion from Nordstroms.
It drys and reduces the size of whiteheads overnight. Do you have anywhere to be this morning? If not you could put some of the pink lotion on and leave it on all day and your pimple should be a lot better by tonight. It is noticeably pink, so I wouldn't try this if you are going to be out of your home, that is why most people use it overnight. |

Honestly, I would pop the whitehead - even though you're not supposed to.
A red blotch/blemish is way more tolerable than a nasty puss filled whitehead. Then just put a little cover up on it and I bet he won't even notice - I do think he's WAY more likely to notice a whitehead than a blemish. |

I wouldn't pop it - yet. Use a warm compress to draw it out as much as you can, then gently push down around it. As long as you're careful you should be able to get most of the white stuff out without leaving a big red mark or scab.
Good luck! |

Yep! Get all the nasty stuff out, then cover up the mark with concealer right before the date

When I get those, I dab the pimple with a splotch of Queen Helene Mint Julep and leave it on alllllllll day. It really reduces the size. Then I would put a warm compress over it and just pop it.

I agree. You need to perform a little surgery here. Just be as careful and clean as possible. You can also ice it afterwards and take some ibuprofen for the swelling.
Afterwards, put cover-up on and just be confident. I have found that once I have done all I can with the actual pimple the rest comes down to attitude. Rock that zit!! And, there's always a chance he'll show up with one. No one's perfect. |

If you need a great concealer recommendation, I'd say Prescriptives Flawless Skin concealor or the skin brightening concealer. I've never seen anything work so well.

Thanks for the recommendations, -note to myself- vinegar, warm compress... I donīt think I can find the Badescu lotion in Europe but def. will think about it next time a friend travels there.
....I didnīt get to see your answers before going to the date so I ended up covering it ! And despite that pimple he wants to see me again !! lol....I guess my personality took over the nasty pimple. But next time I know what to do ! |

What I do is this:
Apply as hot of a wash cloth as you can to it for at least 10 minutes. I have to keep wetting it because the heat will go away,s o about every 2 minutes I run it under hot water again and wring(sp?) it out. Next, put your index fingers into the hot wash cloth, apply to each side of the whitehead, make a face like this and squeeze gently! It shouldnt leave anything but a tiny, tiny red mark that will be easily covered. Good luck! |
