Default Hair Poufs, I wish I had thought of this!

I stopped by Ulta today, because I had the terrible misfortune of misplacing my Bare Escentuals brushes after my Thanksgiving vacation, so I needed new ones. (at least I had a 20% off coupon)

Walking around the hair accessories section, I came across The Hair Poufs from Vidal Sassoon: little comb thingies that you put in your hair for extra volume without the endless teasing and hairspray. I thought to myself, "this is the greatest invention ever!" and quickly scooped up a package of the dark brown color.

I am so lazy in the mornings before work so these will be great for me; I can get the look without the effort. The girl at checkout said she owns them and loves them.

They had these in the 1940's.......I wasn't born then, of course, but I do remember watching some old movies and they were wearing these....

Arent these pretty much the same concept as Bumpits? These do look a little better though, the bumpits look kind of uncomfortable.

that's what i thought!! i thought bumpits are a cool concept, but they look uncomfortable assuming they can't fit every person's head shape.

Oh thanks for posting this!

I had wanted to try the bumpits too, but this looks way better.

I wonder if target or walmart would have these.
