wow, I still have not received mine. I can't even check on the status either. The tracking number provided doesn't tell me anything. I just get "there is no record of this item" yet it says my box was shipped on the 10th and that info will be uploaded 48hrs of shipment. Is this common??? I just emailed them.

...this happened to me too. Weird. Everything worked fine last month. This time it lists the items I'm supposed to get on my account on the Birchbox website... but I haven't actually gotten them yet. Hopefully the whole invalid tracking number is a fluke and I'll get it today?
