I love the oil trick, too! I use Solar Oil by Creative, it comes with a brush applicator. My trick, besides the one you do, is to use it every day...it keeps the top coat shiny and it keeps nails looking neat!

Creative makes a SPRAY version of solar oil that is also a 'quick dry' for nail polish, and it smells like dr. pepper!!!!!

Put some in your fash wash to make it a scrub. It's a mineral, so it wont break you out. I have very mild acne, I put it in my face wash, and my face was completely clear in a matter of 2-3 weeks along with the baths about 1-2 a week. I've been using epsom salts in my daily routine for years now. works great in fading left over acne marks
Last night I did a mask with honey, a drop of tea tree oil and epsom salt. I left it on until it started to dry out and then gently scrubbed it off, rinsed and dried my skin, put on my moisturizer and went to bed. When I woke up, my skin was GLOWING!!!

Thanks so much for this tip!

Okay, I'm running to the stores tomorrow to buy epsom salt! Thanks for the tip!

I have very short pointed down straight eyelashes. It's hard to find a mascara that works for me. Lately, I've found that using an electronic eyelash curler, then L'Oreal Architect 3D Mascara then using those handheld fan (for fun in the summer) or your blow dryer on cool pointed upward from my nose to my lashes give them a nice curl all day long.

Guys I'm telling you epsom salt is the sh**!! you wont beleive the capablities of this stuff. It's so cheap!! Just wait until you been using the salts for 2-3 weeks it gets SO much better!! You wouldn't beleive the number of things I've used these salts with. Sometimes at night after I was my face before I go to bed, I put a handful of salts in extremely hot water until they dissolve complete, and use it as a toner. Let the cotton pad sit in a the water and just put it on like a toner.
I also use as a scrub for my whole body while im in the shower. Love it... remember it's a mineral it will help your skin!

Aspirin/honey mask here too.
Yogurt and brown sugar mask.

Not really a secret or product/concoction but I'll say exfoliating.

it usually comes in a milk carton looking container. Anywhere basically sells it, walgreens, target, longs, grocery store etc. and it's super cheap.

It comes in a carton, like Miyoshi said, or it comes in a heavy plastic packet type thing. Its real name is Magnesium Sulfate (it's not actually salt), so it might say that on the package instead of Epsom Salt, but it should have both names. Just make sure it says 100% magnesium sulfate on it and doesn't have any other ingredients or any scent. A lot of brands sell epsom bath salts and you don't want to be putting that on your face

thats a great idea I like to use my hairdryer to warm my curlers then its more like a curling iron gives me super curly eyelashes all day long.

SOOO banned!
I will definitely try the epsom salt trick.

I also shave my legs with hair conditoner, and I love it! And I save money from buying shaving cream.

One more trick: If you're out at a public restroom and your face is a little oily, use the toilet seat covers to blot out your face. The waxy paper is amazing, it will zap that oil without disturbing your face makeup. I read this in a magazine several years back and have been doing so since then. In fact, the other day I was in a bathroom doing this and the girl at the sink next to me exclaimed, "I do that too! It totally works!"
