Best Drugstore Makeup?

I need help : (!!!
Ok so long story short, I have used some types of makeup that are a little more expensive than regular makeup
and they seem to work the same if not worse as drugstore makeup. So I was just wondering what are the best types of Makeup that I can find at my local drug store?
( i want your opinions on any type of makeup [please and thanks!] )
[ I heard maxfactor was good for mascara but im confused about what type.]

ps:
i have like dryish skin except my t-zone gets oily some times...

and im looking for the best tinted mouisterizer
