I think Taylor has really good work ethics even if she complained nearly all of the time!
I guess it was about time though, she seemed really miserable at her job.

It would be interesting to see what happens next and she can really make it! Because as much as Rachel needed Taylor .... Rachel is the one with the established brand! It's not easy being out there on your own.
