There was an actress named Peg Entwistle. She climbed to the top of the H in the Hollywood sign. At the time it was Hollywoodland.

Her movie wasn't met with good reviews and she was dropped by a movie studio. She felt she wasn't making the mark she wanted to.

I just found it interesting that the episode opened up with Annie standing in front of the sign and crying, saying she couldn't take it anymore. (We later learn it was a scene from Jasper's movie.)

That was your problem before you met his sorry ass, it's your problem now, and it will be your problem until the day you die, and if the only way you can manage to deal with that is to degrade yourself to the point of begging forgiveness of people who leave you in a street, then you might as well go ahead and call the popo and have yourself thrown into prison so you can get started on that collection of grievous bodily harm incidents that will make up the last two or three days of your life!

Really, Annie, you have got to be the most annoying, box o' rocks, perpetually concerned expression-havin' and therefore botox-before-age-18-needin' no-count excuse for an aspirational tween idol character in the history of television! Worse than Gidget! Yes! It's that bad!

Now you march yourself upstairs and tell those writers that you want a spine, dammit! And some different facial expressions, because you have wore that concerned one plumb out! Tell them to have you dedicate your life to setting up some kind of useful thing to help other homeless people, something really out of the box, revolutionary, controversial, like, oh, I don't know, housing? Yes, yes, there will be letters and howls of outrage. That means ratings. Deal.

This is your one chance, Fancy! It can make you an icon, or it can make you Shannen Doherty. Grow a pair. And yes, you knew I would not be able to commit this rant without saying it - stop off at craft services and get yourself a sandwich or 8.

Don't read this if you haven't watched yet.....

I think it was a great episode!!! I am SO happy that everyone is going to help take Jenn down she is so annoying. I feel bad for debbie b/c of what Dixon said to her. And eww I hate Jasper what is wrong with Annie!!! Oh and I love Teddy! How nice was he to Silver?

Am I the only one the new that Jackie was going to die at the beginning of this episode?
I figured they brought her back only to kill her off. But I thought it seemed obvious that she was going to die this episode because she and Silver really seemed to start to work out their problems.

Silver and her mom had so much fun celebrating her half-birthday and all this time I had this thought on my mind that Jackie's going to die soon. I would love to see Silver and Teddy together. Teddy has been really sweet towards Silver.

I can't wait to see what they are going to do with Jen. It was great to see Liam finally opening to his friends about his problems with Jen.

I can't stand Jasper! He's really creepy and I can't see what Annie sees in him. I hope Navid is going to find something to prove that Jasper is a drug dealer.

And Ade using again! That's so last season.

How creepy was Jasper when he was like, "I wanted to be the one to say it first?"

Why does Dixon insist on wearing his Rat Pack hat every where he goes - he was so cruel to Deb.

Annie's been so weird this season with Dixon and all the other girls - so isolated from everyone.

I'm happy Liam finally told some people what is going on with him - I can't wait to see what they do with the info.
