Tabatha’s Salon Takeover Returning To Bravo Tuesday, November 3

Yay, Tabatha’s Salon Takeover is coming back! It’s been quite a while since I’d heard anything about the show’s second season, so I was so thrilled to get an official date for the return of the baddest bitch around, Tabatha Coffey. If you’ve never watched the show, it’s actually quite entertaining to watch Tabatha whip lazy and bad hairdressers into shape. It’s a lot like Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares (a favorite of mine) without the yelling and rotting food.

Bravo also released the names of the salons Tabatha visited. Do any of you get your hair done at these places?

Orbit Salon – Chicago, Ill.
Allure Salon – Miami, Fla.
Eclectic Salon – Los Angeles, Calif.
Bang Salon – Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Plush Salon – Chatsworth, Calif.
Brownes and Co – Miami, Fla.
Refuge Salon – Los Angeles, Calif.
Chicago Male – Chicago, Ill.
Tantrum Salon – Covina, Calif.
Earth Moon Sun – Western Springs, Ill.

With 19 years of experience in the industry, Tabatha first came onto the scene on the set of another Bravo show, Shear Genius, where she won Fan Favorite. Her salon, Industrie Hair Gurus, is in Ridgewood, New Jersey. I smell cross over potential with Real Housewives of New Jersey!

I enjoyed the first season of this. She should do a recap of "where are they now" of the other salons.

Yes I am excited too. Well bummed I am losing my Jeff, but at least I have something good to watch while on my treadmill.

It baffles me how some of these people stay in business and also how some let their employees walk all over them.

I'm watching the season 1 marathon now. IRL I'd probably be so scared of her. On tv she is awesome. I love how witty she is but at the same time she is so serious and truthful. I love watching sassy women on tv. They are so entertaining!

If you guys like this show, I think you would also like Mary queen of Shops on BBC America. Thought it was similiar to this, but instead she makes over retail boutiques. Do a search, I did a post of it.

watched the first episode and wow. that salon was a mess! it was truly disgusting and dirty. she definitely had her hands full with that salon.

talk about an emotional show/salon. i couldn't stop crying along with the employees and the owner.

glad they fired that lindsay stylist though. she had a bad attitude from the start.

can't wait for next week!

Tabatha definitely knows how to crack the whip!

I can't believe how dirty that salon was. If I was a customer and walked in there, I would turn around and just walk out regardless of how good the stylists were.
