I am not defending him, simply stating the facts. If it appears otherwise, it's probably because the facts are in his favor.

From what I do know, he is far from what some may perceive him as. That perception is based heavily on Gretchen's actions and what she has publicly said about him, that was her intention. The reality of it is quite different.

I think its so funny so many people still love to talk about her. She must really tickle someones fancy if they keep such close tabs on her etc....

Is it really that important to anyone how much $ she gets, who she dates, etc? There are so many more interesting things to talk about, but no people love Gretchen

how do you know the facts if you don't know him? i don't pretend to know the facts....i am just amused that anyone (jay) would work so hard to prove that they were involved in a relationship behind a dying man's back.

i'd hide under a rock personally.

The facts are documented online, court records, pictures, emails, etc...

Jay is not trying to prove anything other than he is innocent of charges and allegations Gretchen has legally and publicly made against him. There was no relationship behind a "dying man's back" Jeff was aware of the relationship Jay and Gretchen had.

I agree, I couldn't care less what the airhead does when the show is not airing. Now, after the RHOOC episodes, I don't mind talking about her, but thats generally because all of the housewives behave so poorly these days.
