So I'll go with the first one that popped into my head. Ally McBeal having sex with a stranger in the car wash. I don't even find Calista Flockhart very attractive, but I remember that scene being pretty hot.



My vote goes to The L Word. Specifically, any and all Bette/Tina scenes this season. Stuck in an elevator. While cooking pasta at Bette's. Jennifer Beals and Laurel Holloman have a-MAAAAAZ-ing chemistry together!



Well here it goes: Kate and Sawyer on Lost! That polar-bear-cage scene was not just steaming hot, it was so emotional and heartfelt. The perfect combination of raw sex and romance that makes up the relationship between Kate and Sawyer.



Meredith and Derek at the end of Grey's Anatomy's second season. It made my screen melt.

Flavor Flav and New York left me breathless. And blind.



Um...any sex scene in The Tudors. Actually the one where Henry and Anne have sex for the first time in the forest, but she won't let him...uh...finish and pushes him off her. He just keeps screaming and panting. Soooooo hot. Or maybe prolonged sexual gratification just makes this pervert's heart sing. Anyone else?



Queer as Folk: the very first time Brian takes Justin home. One viewing of Gale Harold pouring water over himself and stripping down to his briefs and I just knew that I was gay.

The hottest one that I remember was Denis Leary and the lovely Callie Thorne on Rescue Me. They had a scene that I would have sworn could only be shown on HBO or Showtime!



J.D. and Elliot on Scrubs — the first time.



Gossip Girl. The scene in the limo between Chuck and Blair...so hot!



David and Maddie on the glass table in Moonlighting. Whew.

Logan and Hannah in season 2 of Veronica Mars. All he does is move toward unzipping her pants, but I had a great dream about him that night! And ''I Know I Know I Know'' by Tegan and Sara became one of my favorite songs!



I gotta agree with all the other posters who've mentioned Buffy and Spike. That scene in ''Smashed'' is the hottest thing I've ever seen...the falling building and the sound of a zipper. Good lord.



The Office. After Toby's goodbye party, Phyllis comes into the office and sees the newly engaged Angela having sex on her desk with Dwight. Biggest jaw dropping moment of the whole series.

Battlestar Galactica's Starbuck and Leoben with the paint! That was both weird and hot! And probably slippery!



Carlos with any of the Whisker girls on Meerkat Manor. What a casanova!



One I just recently watched was with Peggy and Pete in the first season of Mad Men. That was pretty hot.



Sydney and Vaughn finally having sex after taking down SD-6 on Alias. Just the fact that it was scored to ''God Put a Smile Upon Your Face'' by Coldplay deserves a spot on the list.

Loved the Sex and the City scene when Carrie got it on with Big in the elevator. It was when Big was still married to Natasha and this was the first time they had sex. Holy cow — that was amazing on so many levels.



The first thing that came to mind was the scene with Nate and Brenda in supply closet on the first episode of Six Feet Under. Very hot and a good foreshadowing of their relationship on the show.



The hottest of the hot has to be Rome's Antony and Cleopatra + physical fighting that turns into...something else, while the Egyptian servants look on = day-um! James Purefoy just steams up the screen in that show!
