I think I built up the show's return too much. I was so looking forward to it and thought it was just ok. |

I love this show and I find all the characters intriguing! I just discovered it about a month ago, so I just finished season 2 right before season 3 premiered!

I hope they bring back some of his old girlfriends. His original mistress and the last one were great.
Like Joan only older. |

regardless of gender, if you're an extremely good looking person, you will get away with a lot in the work place, that's for sure. |

Are seasons 1 and 2 out on DVD? I have lots of catching up to do. I first started watching this show in the middle of the first season, then I ended up moving to place with no cable (*kicking myself*). Now I am in a new place with cable, but I have missed a great deal.
TIA! |

We'll probably see how the Duck Phillips thing played out in a flashback soon. As I recall, in the last episode last season, Duck thought he had manuvered Don Draper out, and at a meeting with the bigwigs said that Don's contract had a non-competition clause, so Don could not go into the advertising biz. Don calmly said that he didn't have a contract, at which point Duck turned white.

I love this show ... one of the best on TV now. Of course being in advertising I'm a little biased. But it's still great.

I saw the actress, Elizabeth Moss (Peggy), in real life back in May 2009. She was on the same flight (LAX to JFK) as me. She sat in first class with her sunglasses on the entire time and didn't smile. I bumped into her as she was coming out of the restroom and I was waiting to go in (and no, I wasn't in first class). |
