I know I relate to Hanahh and her Adam. I know I had one in my twenties. But he never became my boyfriend. He was just something to do on Sundays. YUCK! I was always afraid he would show up on FB.

I swear that Jessa is sooooo funny!!! When she was smack talking to them guys and then they sock the guy that she works for, OMG! lol!

I was wondering if there was a thread for this show. I love it!

Marni is damn near impossible. She has all these expectations for people. Ugh. She probably is the most annoying.

I do love Shoshanna though. I wish she'd get more screen time because she is so hysterical!

The first season is only 10 episodes I've heard? Which sucks because I've really grown to love it! Hated the first episodes but this is GREAT!

Finale is tonight can't to see how the relationship between Hannah and Marni changes!

that's one thing in the show that was a miss for me...when adam was so willing to become hannah's boyfriend. i know a lot of girls that can't get the guy to want anything more than a hook up! (me being one of them!)

did anyone else find the finale to be pretty boring?

Besides Jessa's wedding, which btw I thought was completely ridiculous and farfetched, this episode was rather dull. The whole blowup between Marnie and Hannah in the last episode was just glossed over at the beginning of this episode with Hannah and Adam helping her move out. I just would've thought there'd be more animosity between them.

I enjoyed all episodes except #1 and just really thought the finale was so underwhelming.

It was a boring ending. They have been picked up for season 2 YAY!

Oh well, I liked the finale. I watched it on demand so after the episode the writer (forgot her name...) comments on the whole episode. She said the wrote the S1 finale with the idea that they may not be renewed for a 2nd, so she wanted the audience to know what direction each girl was going and that they would be okay.

Jessa's party didn't surprise me. She is pretty spontaneous.

OK that makes sense now. I really did enjoy this show, just was a bit disappointed with the finale. But now that you pointed out that Dunham wrote it that way I guess it is okay. I'll have to go watch the episodes on demand to see her commentary. They normally don't play it when you watch it live.

I'm also glad this was picked up for a 2nd season! yay!!!
