i was really upset about Jessa's wedding i couldnt believe she did that....i cant wait until season 2

I was wondering what the deal was with Jessa's belly. The actress is preggers in real life, so I wonder if Jessa will be next season?

Just caught up on the last 2 episodes, wow!
I can't believe that after Adam was being so sweet towards Hannah that she would of pushed him away like that, but i guess many girls push guys away because they are scared of being hurt, it is just puzzling because she initially wanted him so badly and you would of thought that she would of been glad to finally 'have' him.
The whole Jess getting married storyline was odd to say the least, it kinda came out of nowhere and doesn't make sense with how we have seen her character portrayed thusfar, and that guy was more into Marnee the night they were both at his place, why would he suddenly start chasing Jessa?!
I also find it weird that Marnee would hook up with that guy, he doesn't seem to be her type at all, maybe she is trying something different considering her last relationship didn't work out too well? Either that or her self esteem is at an all time low.
Shoshanna is a funny one, i hope that she finally manages to lose her V plates at some point, the poor girl will really start to get a complex otherwise...

Did you watch the commentary afterwards? Lena explains a little more. I think Hannah was more into the chase than actually getting Adam in the end.

No, there was no commentary afterwards, i watch this show online, they offer the episodes only. Besides which it would not matter to me, i never watch cast interviews or commentary, a TV show is a TV show and i think we should be able to decipher what is happening without resorting to all that, but thanks

Did any of you see the NYTimes article on the Girls costume designer? They sometimes actually alter Hannah's clothes to fit her worse! And actually, a lot of her clothes I've seen at places like H&M and Urban Outfitters.

I really dislike this show (and dislike the fact that I keep watching it) and I hope there's some message she's been building up to and will flesh out this season.

Why do you dislike it? I think it is hysterical but maybe that is because the characters reminds me so much of a certain family member and her friends from NY. Like, to a tee. The young, fresh out of college, NYCer, starving artist thing is pretty amazing to witness IRL.
