Default Danielle Fishel Host "The Dish" On The Style Network

Danielle Fishel (Topanga from Boy Meets World) has a new fashion talk show on The Style Network. The show has a comedy twist but its still a pretty comprehensive show. There's a few clips out there check them out tell me what you think. http://www.mystyle.com/mystyle/shows/thedish/

I set my DVR earlier to record the show. It looks pretty good, and they apparently discuss fashion.

OK, I watched it, and IMHO, it is horrible!!!! It is a total rip-off of The Soup (on E!), and it is even in the same format with a nearly identical set. The difference between the two is that Joel McHale is hilarious...and Danielle Fishel is...annoying.

How did Danielle look? I haven't seen her in a pretty long while.

She looked almost the same to me. I was channel surfing and came across this show without knowing what it was about. I recognized her as Topanga from BMW but it could have been a combination of the hair and her voice! I thought it was OK. Totally derivative of The Soup, but I'll probably watch because it's a female host. Maybe between the two shows, I can get my reality show recap each week!

Yes, she looked exacty the same (maybe a touch fuller figured) and just as pretty and Topanga-like as always. I don't know...maybe it will get better. It was funny when she made fun of HSN and QVC though.

ahhh I use to love the style network. I loved that show 'Glow' J.Lo's sister Linda Lopez hosted...I also liked that show that Elizabeth Hassleback hosted (don't remember the name now...). That was way back before she was totally annoying.

^^^ lol. The Look for Less, right? I liked that show, too!

cosmogrl - You're right. She did seem more womanly. There was one part where she was talking about My Super Sweet Sixteen. She said something like, "When I was 16 I didn't have a party this big, and I was on television at the time!" The way she said it just made me laugh!

OMG! I loved Linda's show, and Eizabeth's was "The Look for Less".

I used to get this channel and I loved the "Look for Less" even though I am not a Hassleback fan at all.

I will always think of Danielle Fishel as Topanga though, I can't help it.

I loved Boy Meets World, but I don't think Danielle Fishel has a catty enough personality to make this work.

I enjoyed it. I knew it would be like the soup since the two channels are very similar.

My feeling exactly! And she just seems to sweet to offer the same sarcasm as Joel McHale (who I think is hilarious).
