I contacted Tano and they are willing to repair it for me, so I think that's the option I'm going to pursue (it's a rivet that fell off of mine, too). Thanks so much to all of you who responded. As I mentioned, I've been reading your posts for a while and have fallen in love with Tano bags thanks to you (the photos are so awesome!).
