Let me start by saying how surprised I was to come across this bag. I was at Winners (a Canadian TJ MAxx) when I was perusing the handbag section. They usually have nothing good, just PVC bags and Nine West etc. I spotted a PVC TANO Getting Warmer and I was appalled. It was really nasty to say the least.

I turn around and spot what looked like a Tano Boogie, I was like "Oh no! Don't tell me another Tano rip off". Lo, and behold, it was a genuine Tano! I was like, OMG! My first Tano sighting at a retail store lol. It was the Ocean Blue Up to There. The blue was pretty but the leather was smooth and dried out looking. Still it was my first Tano sighting and it was bella, so I felt the bag up lol.

I go and look some more and find 3 more UTTs in black. They were all different where the leather was concerned. 2 of them had mismatched panels. Some of the panels were pebbled while other panels were smooth. The third one was PERFECT!! IT was all lightly pebbled and soooo smooshy, I wanted to give it a hug right than and there.

Long story short, I bought her and used her instantly!

Sorry, no pics as I am not at home. My first initial reaction was to not buy her as I prefer my Boogie with a magnetic snap, but the zipper works great. YOu still get the great slouch thanks to the Bella's smooshiness.

It is my first black Tano, and I love her!

Will post pics as soon as I can. I'm with a female friend and she doesn't get the whole purse forum mentality. She thought I was crazy to pay over $50 for a purse LOL!!

Celts, the black bella is indeed awesome. I love the dark brown aberdeen trim on her too. Goes with almost everything!

You definitely wont find any Tano bags at TJ Maxx, girls. Tano doesn't sell to them.

Kings, how much was the bag at Winners, if you don't mind me asking?

Hi TE!! The bag was $130 CDN. It was marked down from $159.

PS: I don't think that TJ MAXX and Winners are affiliated. Winners is just the Canadian equivalent of a TJ Maxx. I've been to a TJ MAXX and they have way better stuff than Winners.

ETA: I will post pics asap, but I am at work right now and my camera is at home.
