Tano Sidewalk Sale in Mt. Kisco, New York -Sept 5th & 6th. Go if you can!!!!!

Today I went to Mt. Kisco, New York for the Mt. Kisco Sidewalk sale in which Tano takes part. What a thrill for me to be able to see all the wonderful bags from last Fall/Winter and Summer 2008. I did buy three bags (Two Tanos and one Nino Bossi as well as a chick-lit wallet). Here is
what I scored.

Tano Vixen Van Go-Go Gray
Tano X-Roads Bucket Bag Congo Green
Chick-Lit Wallet Fudgesicle
Nino Bossi Hobo Distressed Gray Leather.

I might not be able to load all the photos at once so I will add them as I go along. Here are the photos of the Tano Tables. I went up there with my best friend and her mother. My best friend bought nothing but her mom purchased two bags (Apricot French Nanny and a sangria hobo of some type).

Tano X-Roads in Congo Green. What an outstanding color for Tano.
I love this bag - kind of a cross between boogie bucket and french nanny.
The chicklit wallet in fudgesicle was just $35. I love the color and it will go in all my bags.

Here is my Nino Bossi Light Gray Hobo with Whipstitch. I love this bag the leather is so smoochy. I believe Nino Bossi owners are cousins with the owners of Tano. We had such a great time walking around the town and checking out all the sights. We will most definitely be going next year if we have money. If any of you guys live in the Tri-State Area I recommend going. As they stuff sell Tano just keeps putting more stuff out all day long.

I am soooo jealous. Being on the west coast, attending this is just not feasible. I notice that a lot of the ladies are carrying Tanos, so Tano lovers come out to this every year?

The ladies of Mt. Kisco and nearby townships apparently know about the Tano Sale and must come every year. Alot of them were carrying Tano bags. I too hope the Vixen Van Go Go comes back in more colors for next fall.

Voodoo I wish that you could have been there too! You are the Tano Queen in my opinion. After Tano Expert nobody her knows more about Tano than you. I hope to go to the Warehouse Sale in December if I have money, otherwise next year will do for me.

Liz, Im so glad that you made it and got some good stuff! Congrats... love the charcoal VVGG. Looks like you got a good one thats really grey and not green.

We're supposed to have a hurricane tomorrow here in the MK area, so if the weather is bad, the sale might be cancelled... just a heads up!
