Here are a couple pics of my beloved cat, Momo. (short for Alamo)
Also known as the little guy TPF'ers have seen as my avatar for the last two years.

Unfortunately Momo died in November of 2007 - a week shy of my birthday. He was almost 18 years old and had a long-standing heart condition. I spent many, many years giving him 5 pills a day, drops, weekly acupuncture, and basically 'round the clock care. He was the sweetest cat. So large (at one point he weighed about 20 pounds) but scared of everything.

I miss him so much. In fact, sometimes I think I just buy purses to make myself feel better about him being gone. It took me about six months to get back my purse addiction after his death.

Here are a couple pics from better days.

Momo was lucky to have an owner like you! (And Momo would have wanted you to have nice purses, I'm sure!)

I just wanted to share with you another pic of my dog Keiko. I was running around with my camera at home after my VVGG came, trying to find good lighting to take pictures with. I put a couple of pieces of left over quiche in her bowl (Keiko loves eggs and CHEESE) and I figured a treat wouldn't hurt her. She finished her quiche and followed me around the house with her bowl as if to say "Give me more" She would drop the bowl at my feet a look at me and if I walked away, she'd pick it up and keep following me with it.

And yes, I did give her a little bit more. Aren't dogs great?

JadeJet, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. My beloved cat Luxi died 5 years ago and I still miss her to pieces. It's amazing how much a pet impacts your life.

I am loving everyone's cute stories and pics!! Keep them coming!!

Haha I know he is so funny! He just likes to lounge there lol he also will sit on his back with his paws in front of him on the arm of the couch and up against the back like he is a teddy bear! Such a silly puppy!
