Voo, just as soon I as I find a crystal ball I will be sure to share it with you! An hour away isn’t too bad for DD, right? At least she can come home on weekends with laundry and you can cook her some home cooked meals! (although you still have lots of time before you should worry too much about it)

Ode, thank you! I need some luck now for houses! I feel up to here (pointing my hand at my forehead) with renting and it’s time our house finds us! You have a favorite No Doubt song yet? You are going to laugh this was my brother’s (2 years younger) first CD. He was young… and it was a gift, but I don’t let him live it down

TK, I am very sorry to hear about Mr. Sexy Man’s mom! He sounds like a saint stepping up that way and running himself ragged for his family. I hope he gets over the cold soon and takes care of himself too! (p.s. him calling you suga butt is so adorable!)

Kmh, yes, the Fed tax credit ($8000) would help. We are thinking of it as helping pay down our property taxes for the first year. Although the limits are low for a 2 person working household in NY near NYC… we should get some of it.

Lovebaseball, I will definitely take you up on any explanation you care to share! Or if you have a thread already I am happy to go read it. Can’t help to learn more. Any chance you are also really good with house loan types?

We love you too Voo! And you know you would come back to Tano...no other brand puts out this many different styles and colors...I am so happy I came here to tpf because of Tano, and that is was my first home here!

I like No Doubt...my niece really just wants to see paramore...so it should be fun...and I am going to just eat up that she still thinks I am cool enough to hang with on something like this!

^^Haha.... well my collection right now is exactly what I've been trying to build it to be; i.e.: only bags that I can't bear the thought of parting with. I really wanted another Creepy Crawler so that was lucky because I didn't think I'd find one not on eBay. But I haven't bought a real live new bag since my Miss Plumqvist....so it's been MONTHS and I am having withdraw.

Speaking of Miss Plumqvist...where's 'Tea???

Yeah, good question! I have also been thinking of Knas and her wedding planning. I still wander back to her Boogie Week thread because it was so much fun when she did it!

Tehe I think it's adorable too ! He's still busy busy, in the Virgin Islands on business now *sigh* I miss him!

And, Voo... I agree... this is the best subforum to chat in especially cause it's not so huge it's overwhelming and you can't keep up with anything; it's a lot more personable!

I can give you whatever information you need - My dad and I started a credit education and restoration company last year so I work closely with mortgage brokers and loan officers. I'm in the same building as my uncle's mortgage company so anything I can't answer I can find out for you! Just send me a message with whatever questions you've got Kitty. The offer stands for everybody else here too

But hey, he will be fed (muffins for breakfast and my overnight spinach manicotti, on top of dinner tonight) and I enjoyed it a heck of a lot more...

The doggies also had NO CLUE what I was doing...
It is awesome to be the cool aunt! Love it!
