Vooo...thank you for really showing the joys of motherhood...I know as DH and I have been struggling trying to concieve, sometimes I wonder is it worth it...and reading the joy your daughter brings you lets me know (what I already do know, but it hard after so long of trying and doctors visits and tests) that it IS worth it....

Kitty...you are too good...NEED hardly ever plays into my purchase process...either that or my WANTS become NEEDS somehow in my thought process! LOL!

I agree...I this subforum and support!!!

TK...your avatar made me realize what I fell in love with my first Tano...my berry blue boogie...cookie monster was always my favorite, and the color of berry blue made me think of the cake I had when I turned 5 or 6...it was chocolate, and cookie monster and I still remember that was like the BEST cake...and my berry blue boogie reminds me of Cookie Monster...so I have renamed it Cookie...

Hang in there sweetie.......!!! My sister had the hardest time conceiving. After almost two and a half years of doctors, scans, meters, negative tests after missed periods and tears she and her hubby had all but given up. Then she saw her fertitlity doc for a 90 day check up (which happened to be 1 day before her next cycle should start) and TA DA she was pregnant. So don't give up sweetie!!!!!! (And the attempts at making the baby are always fun too )

Thanks Voo...I am only 32, so I know we have time...and we have only been trying for a year...but I have had multiple babies born in that time or friends pregnant who lucked out the first time...and DH is 40, so I feel a bit of pressure...but I figure I have a good doctor now, and it will happen at the right time which is God's timing, and is obviously not necessarily MY timeline...

Ya know...I read a study that said that men in the 35-45 range had a big spike in fertility with more um...... let's say regular action hahaha I don't know if that has anything to do w/ it for you all but just a little side note for ya......

And I'm one of those people who wasn't on any kind of birth control and Hub and I were just goin' along and one day I said, "Ya know....I'm not sure when my last cycle was." (I never keep track....I know ... I'm stupid.) The first pregnancy test I ever took in my life said it could take up to 5 minutes for results. It was positive before the stick hit the bottom of the pee cup.

Haven't slept there yet- There are so many windows that it feels too exposed to be there. I guess I could cover the windows over with sheets but that just feels so ghetto. I'm calling the window cover place this week, just dragging my feet because that is yet another big expense.

One of my can lights in the entry way went out yesterday. Anybody have any idea how you change a light bulb that is 20 feet up???

Voodoo-glad to hear DD is home!!!Yay!

I was going to say "with a ladder" but that's very smart a$$ hahaha....is it just a regular light bulb? They sell those suction cup bulb extender thingies at Home Depot to change out those high bulbs...you may check there.

And thank you....I'm so glad to have my DD home.

I forgot to post this before we went out of town this weekend....

I couldn't take Duke pouting on DD's bed any more on Friday so I shooed him out and shut her door. Well then he just look lost so I got DD's favorite Tinkerbell towel out of the closet and put it on the floor in the kitchen....so then I had to stare at this for three hours.

Thank goodness DD is home.......because it's depressing when you have a very sad Boxer doggie. (He went nuts when we got home Sunday haha)
